iPhones and Google are foiling the legal system!
I find this fascinating...mostly because the article frames the legal system as jurors locked behind a series of information gates, with lawyers and judges as the gatekeepers. In that light, it makes technology seem like vigilante justice...or something.

Agreed. In some cases, the interwebs might provide information that even the lawyers and judges haven't come across yet..
