I just finished reading this article. Took time off from writing my column (which is overdue) to read it. Good excuse to procrastinate. I think this study is fascinating. And psycopathy is definitely a different wiring of the brain...now what we will do with that is another question. Brain plasticity is possible (and they've studied how young psychopaths--although they aren't diagnosed as psychopaths) can respond to therapy...but I wonder how much it sticks. Maybe they just learn better how to stay within bounds...
